Delivery is standard $35 for orders under $299. Delivery is free for orders over $299.

All of our blinds are Australian made, so you can expect delivery within 14 business days. During busy periods our delivery time frames can extend out to 15 business days however we will be sure to let you know if this is likely to happen.

How long does delivery take?

All of our blinds are Australian made, so you can expect delivery within 14 business days. During busy periods our delivery time frames can extend out to 15 business days however we will be sure to let you know if this is likely to happen.

What happens if I'm not home?

The delivery company will leave you a card to get in touch with them and arrange for the order to be collected or re-delivered at another time.

Do you deliver outside Australia (international delivery)?

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We can deliver your sample to a PO Box, but we cannot deliver your blind to a PO Box. All of our blinds are delivered using freight companies, so we're unable to deliver your blind to a PO Box address.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, we will send you emails to keep you up to date with the progress of your blind. Once your blind is sent for delivery we will send you tracking details so you can track the delivery of your blind.

What do I do if my blind is damaged in delivery?

Unfortunately accidents in delivery do happen. If your blind is damaged in delivery please contact us directly by live chat, phone or email with photos of the damaged packaging and blind and we'll organise to have the damaged blinds replaced.
